This was printed in the King George paper in VA last year.
She was running for her life. She had made a mistake, and now she was paying for it. There was no one else she could turn to, no where else to go to. Finally, out of breath, she ran to the edge of a cliff. Looking down, she saw it was a steep slope with no safe way down. Turning to look back, she saw them coming closer. With a deep breath, she knew the choices she was faced with: She could turn around and retake the same path, only to return to this very point once again; or she could learn to fly.
~We are all faced with problems in our lives, and we often find ourselves standing at the edge of a cliff. It is there that we must make up our minds whether we want to retrace our steps and end up making the same errors again, or call on God and ask for wings…and learn how to fly.
